Vanessa Naldrett launched ARDAN TRAINING CONSULTANCY LIMITED in 2004. ARDAN has worked with over 30 blue chip companies helping them to implement Communication and Management Development programmes.

Vanessa Naldrett- has over 15 years hands on experience as a supportive, flexible and innovative trainer, coach and facilitator.

Her energetic and approachable style ensures that delegates leave courses filled with enthusiasm and eager to implement the methodologies and new skills covered in the programmes. She challenges delegates encouraging them to think for themselves and to come up with alternative solutions that will work for them.

Vanessa specialises in communication skills, self-awareness and management development.

Steve Naldrett - joined ARDAN in 2007 after a very successful career in Food Retail Store Management spanning over 25 years.

Steve’s hands on approach to management and extensive understanding of the food industry have led him to become a passionate and knowledgeable trainer. He understands business needs and appreciates that flexibility in delivery is paramount to ensure minimal disruption.

Steve specialises in Food Safety, HACCP and Health Improvement.
